How to request deletion of your data

In line with common privacy regulations and platform policies (such as Meta's data deletion requirements), you can request deletion of any personal data associated with your use of this Service by following the steps below.

1. Identify your account

Please provide enough information for us to locate your data, such as:

  • The email address or username you used in the app.
  • The platform you used to sign in (for example, Meta / Facebook, Apple, Google, etc.).
  • Any relevant IDs provided by the platform (for example, your Facebook user ID, if available).

2. Send a deletion request

Use the contact form on the home page of this site and include the identifying information listed above, along with a clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your data from this Service.

3. What happens next

Once we receive your request, we will:

  • Confirm receipt of your request (using the same email address, where possible).
  • Locate the relevant records associated with your account or ID.
  • Permanently delete or anonymize the personal data we store about you, except where we are legally required to retain certain information.

We aim to process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, and in any case within the periods required by applicable law.

4. Data retained for legal or security reasons

In some cases, we may need to retain limited information after a deletion request, for example to:

  • Comply with legal, regulatory, or tax obligations.
  • Maintain security logs or records necessary to prevent abuse or fraud.

Any such retained data will be minimized and kept only for as long as necessary for these purposes.
